    Ríonach Ní Néill is a choreographer and dancer, based in the Conamara Gaeltacht. Her works with her company Ciotóg create alliances between dance and other artforms, and between professional and non-vocational artists, and have been performed by six to 82 year olds. throughout Ireland as well as the UK, Europe and the US. ‘See Saw’, an interactive dance performance for very young children and their parents, premiered at the 2010 Edinburgh Fringe Festival, and toured in the US and UK in May 2011 as part of Culture Ireland’s Imagine Ireland programme. During her 2008 residency as artist in the community in North Clondalkin, she choreographed ‘Between Earth, Sky & Home’, a collaborative dance performance with professional dancers and young residents aged 6 to 16.


    Ríonach is currently Galway Dancer in Residence in Galway and lectures on arts facilitation at the Bundesakademie fur Kulturelle Bildung, Wolfenbuettel, Germany.
