My work explores themes of heritage, memories and repetitive patterns. I work with fabric, thread and stitch to realise these concepts and create rich, layered, textured art. My treatment of materials is rooted in traditional techniques to create contemporary pieces. My practice has evolved to include exhibitions, community arts residencies and teaching. I seek collaborations with experts in other areas to develop new conceptual work.
