Recent Projects With Children & Young People:


2011-2012 Youth Arts residency with Newbridge Family Resource Centre, Co. Kildare. Funded by Kildare County Arts Service Youth Arts Residency Award.
‘Animation Hub’- A youth arts & sustainable community development project with children aged 10-14. The project used animation as a creative tool to tell stories of imagination, develop independance in creativity and connect with each other.The project ran over a year. The group won a film award for their film Diversity from The Integration Centre, Dublin. 


2011 Animation Expedition A Youth animation project around themes of community identity, dvd & community screening at the Newbridge Family Resource Centre. Funded by VEC.


2009-2010 Growing Out from Here A Youth animation project around themes of personal & community identity, dvd & screening for family friends & the community at the Newbridge Family Resource Centre. Sept-Nov 2010. Funded by Kildare County Arts Service.


2005 “Ur Place r Mine?” A photography project for children and teenagers  to create an awareness of the place where the children live through visual means. It involved making pinhole cameras, taking and developing photos and also using disposable cameras which the children were allowed to take home to take photographs of what was important to them. The project ended with an exhibition in the Newbridge Family Resource Centre. Funded by Create and the Arts Council.
