My Social Care backround has allowed me to work with many disavaantaged youth/adult gruops throught out the yeaers.

Professional Statement
As a Social Care worker, Sexual Health Advocate and Youth Arts Worker I endeavour to be respectful of each persons learning style.
I apply numerous different art forms in assisting people who may have limited learning and communication ability, e.g. drama, music, circus.
A great part of my work is conducted through the arts, in my Social Care background I have specialised in disability, Ba in Applied Social Studies (Disability) and currently completing a Ba in Applied Social Studies (Youth Arts).
Another area I have focused on is delivering Sexual Health information, Safer Sex Negation skills, Dublin Aids Alliance. In delivering this information I have used drama in exploring the issues surrounding Sexual Health, and have wrote numerous plays to suit each group learning style and needs.
Finally one of my main hobbies currently is Aerial Performing and have partaken in numerous shows to date. I perform mostly on Aerial silks but also can perform on rope, hoop and trapeze. Furthermore I partake in stilt walking, unicycle, Pie/Fire Pie, juggling.
