NOISE South Dublin are accepting applications for the NOISE Flicks Film Festival 2012. Entries are open to youths working in Dublin County making films, including young people in schools.
NOISE have announced awards for young filmmaker and young scriptwriting for film. Applications for these awards are open until March 6th.
