Description

The video was made on the first day (22 April) in the Hospital school with 5 children aged 5 to twelve. The puppetes are Mini-versions of the children themselves. Inspired by the hospital building we made a set with many staircases. I introduced the idea of magical doors- finding sth else then what you expect behind one of the Hospital doors- and paper huds (early irish settlements) which had been made in the classroom a day before were quickly incorporated to be our other world that we´d travel to. One boy who´d come in late had made a scary alien puppet, which found it´s place in the story, scaring the children so they run back to the hospital.

Music was sourced by the teacher and selected with the children.
