  • I saw "The girl who forgot to sing badly" at the Ark with my daughter and it was brilliant. What I thought was really clever was the way Louis engeaged the audience at the start with the false ending. Asking the children questions "How did you get here?" "Is it still raining outside?" while he waited for them to go and how he got them to tell him the play wasn’t over was really engaging and drew everyone in.

    My daughter had one problem with the play- she couldn’t quite believe Louis as the young girl- because of his hairy chest :)
