Puppet Stages and Theatre Boxes used to Frame the Video Link
Description
This is one example of a puppet theatre box that was used.
It is made from an cardboard boot box, with a moving backdrop at the back, which a child can pull through to give the sense of the characters journeying. The back drop was made collaboratively by 3 children showing different journeys on the way.
The types of puppets used were flat card, rod puppets on wire which were operated from above. The boat was a prop which could hang from the top.
