    Created 2010-10-01 by Anna Rosenfelder

    Duration: 2010-10-01 to 2010-12-31

Project Outline

The Puppet Portal Project is an Arts & Technology Project engaging
professional artists to facilitate a performing arts exchange between 5
childrens wards around Ireland.
Children will be invited to make puppets, play, perform and tell stories
with the artist in residence. Artists & children in the differnt hospitals will connect to each other using Solas.ie, an online community for children in hospital developed by the Centre for Health Informatics, Trinity College Dublin.

This is the second phase of the project which will focus on children in hospital
who cannot access gathering spaces like the classroom or playroom or who
may be in hospital longer term.

The project is produced by Helium, in partnership with the Centre for Health Informatics, Trinity College Dublin, and in collaboration with Kids` Own Publishing Partnership.

My role within the project is linking up with Hospital E from my studio.
